Registration forms are sent home with every eligible student in January.  It is necessary that parents complete and return the forms immediately with the child.  The appropriate fees must accompany the registration documents.  If your child is not returning to Saint Brendan Catholic Elementary School, please indicate this on the form.  The registration fee is non-refundable.

Registration forms will not be accepted if a family has not met the Mass attendance requirement or their financial responsibilities to the school.  In the event that families do not attend Mass or debts become outstanding after registration has been accepted, the school reserves the right to return the registration forms.

The student must complete all academic requirements for promotion to his/her respective grade level.  The school reserves the right to revoke registration forms for serious disciplinary matters or poor academic performance.  Registration forms will be retained if there is poor church attendance.  Mass attendance is checked every year.  Parishioners must use their church envelopes every Sunday.  Non-parishioners will be required to present a letter from their respective parishes.
